My name is George Krodel, and I’ve been a proud resident of Naugatuck for many years. My father, George Krodel Sr., was a well-known Real Estate Broker in Naugatuck, working in the industry since the early 1970s.

From a young age, I was immersed in the world of real estate and property management, gaining hands-on experience by helping my father maintain and manage the various properties he owned throughout the years. I later graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.

I’ve been working in real estate since 2013. I was a licensed agent in Boston from 2013 to 2016 before returning to Connecticut in the fall of 2016. Upon my return, I joined Imagineers LLC as a Property Manager (Community Association Manager), serving communities across the Greater Waterbury area and New Haven County until 2021. I continue to maintain my CMCA and CAM licenses through ongoing education.

Afterward, I was hired as a Real Estate Manager for Stamford Wrecking Co. in Trumbull, where I managed commercial properties and facilitated real estate transactions.

Joining Realty Exclusive/West View Properties has been an exciting step forward, allowing me to focus on helping clients with buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
