Dawn Cabral became a licensed Realtor in 1998 after having a successful career in outside national sales. She obtained her Brokers license and opened West View Properties LLC in 2003. Dawn grew the agency to the leading Real Estate Agency in Watertown and surrounding areas in a short time.  Together, with her team, they have expanded the office and maintained the leading position for sales in the area.

Dawn’s experience includes working with a diverse client base. She specializes in residential sales, new construction, Active Adult Communities, land sales, and rentals. Dawn is a member of The Midstate Board of Realtors, a member of The Connecticut Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. In addition, she has completed several educational courses and obtained the following designations (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute along with (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She served a three-year term on the Board of Directors for The Greater Waterbury Board of Realtors and received many awards throughout her career.
